SHIPPING POLICY:

Free Shipping to 48 Contiguous United States: Art & Petals offers FREE shipping and uses UPS or Fedex Ground to 48 Contiguous United States. We do not deliver to a P.O. Box. Average processing time for an order is 4 to 6 business days. Peak/Holiday season processing time is 6 to 10 business days. Please call our toll free number at (833) 473-8257 or email us at info@artandpetals.com to receive a quote for expedited orders.

Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories: Art & Petals can ship to Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories customers. However, items must first be added to your shopping cart and an email will be sent to you with calculated shipping rates for approval before your order is processed.

International Shipments: Please contact Art & Petals via info@artandpetals.com for orders outside the U.S. 

RETURN POLICY:

Standard Returns/Exchanges:  Your satisfaction is what matters most to us. If you order something from us and you don't absolutely love it out of the box, rest assured that you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items may be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) days after you receive your order. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization. No returns can be accepted without our return authorization. Product must be returned in the original packaging (box, bag, bubble wrap, etc).and in the same condition it was received. Items returned to Art & Petals that are not properly packaged will not be credited to your account. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned products.

Defective or Damaged Items:  If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. Period. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you. Please report damages caused by shipping and/or packaging within 5 business days after you receive your order. Claims made after this period will not be honored.  Providing photos will speed up the claim process. Send your claim to info@artandpetals.com. And don't worry- shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement.

 Custom Orders:  These orders may not be returned and are not refundable.
